Can a fracture start healing, "callus and obscuring of the fracture line", seem to stop, still not healed at 17 wks? heal with boot or more help?

A fracture can stop: Healing yes. So, you need to figure out why...smoking or being near second hand smoke is not good, continued walking on it may or may not be good, low vitamin d is bad, being on steroids is bad, some even believe antiinflammatories are bad. A bone stimulator should be considered, vit d and vitamin k2 should be considered.
