See a doctor: Clear liquids for viral gastroenteritis but a one year old can get dehydrated so see your doctor and have them examine the child since this has been going on 4 days.

Viral gastroenteriti: Keep your child on a bland diet, nothing greasy or fried. Keep him off of milk and juice for a few days, but make sure he rema, ns well hydrated. You can continue the crocin for the fever , but since i dont know exactly what chikoo is i can't advise you about it. I would give him lots of bananas and plain yogurt.

Crocin not needed: A viral diarrhea illness may be managed by adjusting the diet and avoiding dehydration. Provide non milk based fluids, monitor temperature and treat fever. Solids which may help include rice, yogurt, bananas and applesauce. Avoid whole milk products including cheese if the baby is having diarrhea. Watch for fewer wet diapers, and please see your pediatrician.
