It's a side effect: Haloperidol can cause a range of well known muscular-coordination problems. . There are additional medications that may reduce these effects and may improve our speech.. There are also other injetable called "atypical" or second generation. Medications that have less of these effects. Speech problems could mean serious side fx that might not go away, so talk to your doc soon..
