I got a cold 2 days ago and got a sore throat. This morning my throat felt better and progressed to runny nose and cough instead. So I talked on the phone for 2 hrs and now an even worse sore throat is back. Voice half gone. Will it heal?

Hello, when I talk, I have to position my self to talk, when Im simply laying down or if my heads down, its hard for my voice to come out. Is this normal?
