Go to the ER: You need to call your doctor asap or go to the ER. It sounds like you need a more thorough history and physical exam to determine what is wrong but these could potentially very serious symptoms.

Mgt/workup: It is important to check with a Pediatric Neurologist at your local Children's center. From your description of the symptoms, peripheral and central nervous system involvement is possible. Causes to exclude include infection, toxins and metabolic disturbances. An EMG may be needed.
