Can be: How far along are you with your pregnancy? Some stomach discomfort is common. If severe pain, cramping pain that continues (cramp for 30 sec then stops, then cramp again then stops) any vaginal bleeding then you need to be seen right away. Best of luck with your pregnancy. Dr R
