How many weeks?: It would be helpful to know how many weeks you are. There are so many new and strange sensations during pregnancy its hard to catagorize them. Knowing the gestational age can help. Fluttering can be the first sensation of the baby moving near 20 weeks. If you are having cramping, pain or bleeding, you should go to the hospital. Best wishes!
