What's wrong??: Most sinusitis's are caused by viruses and don't need an antibiotic to get over it. Nevertheless you got one and got better. So great! You state that 5 days later you developed a pulmonary infection. The history suggests a condition called pleurisy (pain on inspiration). See your doc again and discuss your situation.
