Headache & insomnia: I'm not clear as to sequence of events. If you're reporting headaches within 2d of starting Trazodone (antidepressant w/sedating qualities) that doesn't improve/resolve w/extra strength Tylenol, (acetaminophen) then you need to report this to your prescribing doc. If you're describing worst headache of your life, then you need to have someone take you to ER for brain scan.
