Sinus: Suggest saline nasal spray as well as warm compress across the face. Might consider Aleve or Motrin instead. Addresses inflammation in addition to pain. Most sinus symptoms are viral or allergic and will pass within 10 days. If you are diabetic see your primary care provider sooner
