I've noticed that it takes a bit more for my family to wake me up in the morning (alarms work fine though). i've had an mri and it came back clean.

More sleep needed: Sleep is important for our health and well being! The question is, are you getting enough sleep? And is it restful sleep. Sometimes when we have a lot on our minds we don't sleep well. I would focus on seeing if you can get more sleep and not taking the stresses of the day to bed with you.
