Probably safe but...: It probably is safe, but this is a slightly unusual combination of antibiotics and I wonder if you need ciprofloxacin plus both clindamycin and metronidazole (Flagyl). But maybe necessary for some infections, especially in the abdomen or pelvis. If the same doctor prescribed them all, take as directed. If prescribed by different doctors, check with both about which drug(s) to continue.
