Generalized anxiety: Ths is more like a statement than a question. It certainly sounds like generalized anxeity. Are you on prescriptions medication or street drugs that could be causing this (meth,stimulants)? Otherwise, I'd first try non addictive medication for anxiety which could include propranolol (if no history of heart rhythm problems, hypotension (low blood pressure), syncope (fainting) or slow pulse.
