Maybe lung related: Sounds more like lung issue. Check with your medical doctor to make sure your don't have pneumonia. You also need to see an orthopedist to try to isolate exactly where the problem is

Mgt: Your symptoms can be related to irritation of the pleural lining of the lung or causes by muscular strain. IF the pain improves with a heating pad and Motrin, it is most likely Musculo-Skeletal disease.
