Hand vs heel?: If you're describing hand pain that's bad enough to wake you up, perhaps you're describing carpal tunnel syndrome in which compression (pressure) of median nerve can cause numbness, tingling & even weakness of thumb, index, middle & part of ring finger in classic presentation. If ignored, it can lead to loss of muscles controlling thumb. See your Family Doc for evaluation.

What is the reason that my toe is numb? Its the left pinky toe. Been quite some time, my shoes arent tight and I have been exercising on regularly.
