If the tmj disc is completly anteriourly dispaced without reduction, could the ligaments brake due to suck pressure?

No: I have never heard of ligament breaking due to suck pressure. The ligaments in tmj rarely fail. Not a traumatic as a knee injury. Worn more likely.
