Probably not: i wouldn't worry. But if this a new headache that doesn't resolve on its own, or with over-the-counter pain medicine like acetaminophen or naproxen, then do see a clinician and get help. Hope that helps.

Can't say: If you slept with your hair pulled taut (such as a very tight pony tail) it is possible to cause an external compression headache.
