Prominent suture?: Every one has a "suture line on the top and center of the where the skull bones meet? It might be just yours is more prominent than others .Show your doctor and have him or her tell you for sure. NOthing to worry about.

Ridge: skulls are you notoriously irregular so I would not worry about a ridge and your scalp but if it bothers you let your physician have a look
