See a doctor: The differential diagnosis includes basilar migraine, vertebral dissection and cerebellar hemorrhage (as well as a few other conditions that are not life threatening. women often have their first common migraine at this age but the location and associated problems with standing straight obviate an assessment for the conditions I just listed.
