I have spasm mostly in leg, come and goes for month. feels like very strong pulse throbbing goes away once i touch area where sensation happens. ms?

Doubt MS: Although leg pains, spasms, and spasticity can occur in MS, isolated problem such as yours more likely c/w cramping due to chemical imbalance, or even vascular issue (very unlikely at your age). A focal nerve problem might be answer. But NO, you do not exhibit a problem due to MS.
