Spasm throbbing: reported symptoms do fit any known disease mechanism;perhaps anxiety is playing a role;discuss with a physician in person.

Doubt MS: Although leg pains, spasms, and spasticity can occur in MS, isolated problem such as yours more likely c/w cramping due to chemical imbalance, or even vascular issue (very unlikely at your age). A focal nerve problem might be answer. But NO, you do not exhibit a problem due to MS.
