Wait 4-6 hours: The maximum dose of codeine is 60mg. Each Tylenol (acetaminophen) 3 contain 30mgs of codeine. Therefore, it is not recommended taking more than 2 pills. Try some other medication (NSAID OTC), try other methods of pain relief such as applying moist heat or ice.
