Hi im 29 with pcos. had 4 failed iui cycles, 1 with clomid 50mg, 1 with clomid 100mg + femera 5mg + estradiol 0.5 mg 7 days. 2 cycles puregon 75ml with porgesterone 200mg. sperm 6-11 mill post wash. need help on next steps i.e diff meds or ivf? thx.

This is complicated!: Try a Virtual Consult with one of our gyno specialists? Also, ask YOUR fertility specialist what point(s) in the process they think this failed and what's the next step. Also, if they're monitoring your natural progesterone levels, are they consistent with ovulation? External progesterone helps maintain pregnancy but won't help trigger ovulation. IVF requires healthy ova for success.
