Should be ok: Taking acyclovir should not affect the Nexplanon. That means the Nexplanon will continue to work the same way, with or without the acyclovir. Rarely do people get pregnant on Nexplanon if it's on it's second year (some websites say the failure rate is about 1/200 to 1/1000 women in a year).
