if i truly have cancer, will my performance in the gym drastically suffer? i've been the same strength and haven't lost weight. just feel... off.

Gym performance may: or may not be affected by cancer. Stay w/your doc. Sound like you are not sure you even have that diagnosis. Keep your priorities in line, i.e., heath first and gym second. Glad to hear you are still strong and have not lost weight. Peace and good health.
