Vomiting: Persistent vomiting can lead to dehydration as well as weakness and dizziness and thus you need medical evaluation and treatment if your symptoms persist. If you can't take in fluids like flat ginger ale or if there is abdominal pain and tenderness, you should go to the hospital emergency room.
