Yesterday got flu vaccine & pertussis booster. today woke up sore all over. possible side effect or unrelated? no known other reason why i'd be sore.

Reaction to vaccines: Yes you can get body ache & flu like symptoms after receiving vaccines particularly the flu vaccine, take tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen, get some rest & drink plenty of fluids. Feel better.
