A tough time!: Gosh, that is way too exciting, isn't it? Anyone would be stressed. Talk to your family doc for ideas on helping you through this. Your local community mental health center will have some ideas as well. You may also try talking to a psychologist or psychiatrist on Healthtap Concierge for specific measures to help you through this. Exercise, and eat properly, even if you have no appetite.
