Sleep apnea: This could be due to Strippe sleep apnea which is worse sleeping on your back. Consider undergoing a sleep study.

Headaches Causes: You will need to see your Internist to sort the potential causes of your "positional headaches". It could be due to your cervical spine, it could be positional in origin, or it could be due to hemodynamic etiologies. I suggest you see your Internist asap.
