Unclear abbreviation: I'm not sure with these abbreviations if you are saying you had a positive test result or a negative. If it's been 24 days since you had sex and you missed your period then you can trust the results. If you are saying one test is positive and the other is negative then see a doctor to confirm

May repeat: If you did the test correctly and it was negative at one week after missed period, you are unlikely to be pregnant. You may repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
