My cat kicked me in the stomach yesterday i was fine just tenderness, today i have pain in the area when i move and the pain radiates to the back , is it the rib or organs ? should i see a doctor?

It is unlikely that a cat could have kicked you hard enough to cause your symptoms. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
