I vomited for 20 hours every 30 min...20 hrs later, i have a horrible pain in between top of breast bone. it cramps and then feels like a valve opens and gurgles. every 20 to 30 min. what is this? i just can't take it anymore!

Go to ER: "Horrible pain" and a sensation of gurgling associated with repetitive vomiting make signal a serious medical problem, such as a tear in the esophagus. Please go to the hospital emergency room right away
