I have been experiencing pain in my left shoulder and collor bone, neither has been injured or broken. yesterday i had cramps in left upper arm. together with the pain today i experience cramps under my left breast when taking deep breaths?

Shoulder pain: May be nerve impingement -are you active in sports? or do a lot of overhead movement? Did you see if motrin ( if not allergic) helps? Rarely may be other things like mass in clavicle area or chest. Consider shoulder film/ CXR , even mammogram to rule out mass and follow up with MD, May need orthopedic referral and shoulder injection if related to impingement.
