YES!: Lots of times headaches are from neck/upper back muscles. Try this: wear a clavicle brace or a long yoga strap in such a way as to pull your shoulders back and down. Here's a video, you can also search "yoga strap posture" for other advice. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3C7VwI177QI You can also use a heavy backpack, be sure there is not too much pressure on your armpits though.
