The clitoral tissue is specialized and very sensitive, so it is not entirely unexpected that it might react more. I presume you are only supposed to put the cream on the wart; you may be able to continue with more precise application of med.

Continue: This shows it is working. Use a tiny amount. I tell people to make a pin-prick in the packet and make it last a few applications. If the reaction is too violent, use less frequently. 3 times a week, sometimes less, is usual dose.
