No: The female hormone analogues used in birth control pills are not associated with increased risk of epilepsy. Any history of brain surgery orbeing knocked out does increase the risk of epilepsy. Interestingly, the oil derived from marijuana which does not contain THC has helped many people with intractible seizures not responsive to any anti-seizure medication.
