Skin lesions: This could be ringworm. It could be psoriasis. Yes, it would be wise to get an expert to look at this for you and to prescribe the right treatment for you.

Dermatitis: The skin lesion may be dermatitis, eczema or psoriasis. You need to see a family dr. And if need be a dermatologist.

Dermatitis: It is possible this could be from comming into contact with something. If it is dry, it could be eczema and a good moisturizer cam should help. Ring worm (fungal infection) is also a possibility. If the moisturizing doesn't work and show improvement in about 10-14 days see your doctor.
