Yes. A uti can mimic: A urinary tract infection can cause the symptoms you are experiencing. Pregnancy can put you at risk for utis because It can lower your immune system. If you don't have a menses after a week, I would retake a urine pregnancy test. It can take time for the pregnancy hormone hcg to build up to detectable levels on a pregnancy test.

Hi. I have had severe vomiting, diarea and inability to keep anything down since 12 today. I also have UTI symptoms, burning sensation when I pee.
Had UTI was prescribed macrobid. Stopped after 3 days because I felt better and macrobid caused nausea. A few days later Symptoms returned urgency,frequency, painful burning urination.Dr. Ordered UA and culture. Culture showed no bacteria?
Can you have a uti w/o the intense, frequent urge to urinate; burning/pain when urinating; passing frequent, small amounts of urine; or blood in the urine? Have itchiness, clumpy white discharge, nausea & maliase, but none of the other uti symptoms?
