How can i tell the difference between fiber and a worm in my poo?

They look different: The best way is to collect what you think is a worm and let it be seen by a physician, who should have no difficulty in deterring the difference. U can use spatula or tongue depressor to collect specimen from the toilet into a small plastic container.
