Is it weird that i eat raisin brand or fiber bars everynight in order to go poo in the morning? i cant go without it and im only 19.. is this bad?

Fiber is good 4 you: Fiber (water soluble & water insoluble) provides health benefits. Fiber accelerates how quickly food transits through the gut. Fiber adds bulk to stool & improves bowel regularity. Fiber can be used as an adjunct to weight loss by filling you up without excess calories, & in so doing restricting fat intake. Consider that your diet throughout the day may be too low in fiber otherwise.
