There is no medical emergency. mri/ct negative. no thrombus. nocturnal knee to toe brief severe cramping in one and/or both limbs. possible etiology?

Wandering leg.: there may be arteries that are diseased and may need to be studied. Although there are no thrombosis or clots seen, venous incompetence also a consideration. Metabolic causes may be at work. Talk to your doctor for your next plan of action.
