I have a hard lump beneath my right knee. doesn't hurt but earlier today i had a sharp pain start at my right ankle, which then shot up to my chest.

Unrelated: The lump below right knee may be a sign of Osgood Schlatter, which is a benign condition due to constant friction at the joint, and flares up occasionally while remaking pain free most of the time. The ankle pain may be due to new onset neuritis fir which u should see your primary doctor at an earlier date fir appropriate imaging and referral as indicated. Good luck
