UTI pain: Tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen would be safe pain medications in breastfeeding but may not be helpful if your pain is due to UTI. Drink large amounts of water, consider some cranberry juice (helps dislodge bacteria) and see your doctor if not better in a couple days.
