Examination: If your face is puffy, you should see the doctor for an examination. If you have tenderness (hurts when you tap your cheek bone) or fever with this, you may benefit from antibiotics. If it's just fullness and sense of "clogged up" then decongestants like pseudoephedrine and pain reliever like ibuprofen are the usual best treatment.
