Sounds like: your house needs to be "bombed" That is needs an insecticide "bomb" which is let loose in the various rooms where animals are... you AND the animals should leave the house and your personal and the animal's fleas exterminated with safe washes of your hair and body! Your Primary Care Provider can give you directions/materials for the humans. Your animals should be treated by the Vet! Good Luck!
