Check with doctor: There is something not right here. First make sure that there is nothing foreign , like a gauze, left in the sinus cavity. Make sure that you don't have a problem with MRSA acquired from the surgical center. I would recommend consulting with an Infectious Disease specialist. Often I would consider an immune evaluation for look for immunodeficiency rendering you unable to fight infection.
