Eye Am Worried: This concerns me. A painful red eye with some swollen lids, watering, headache on that side can be signs of a serious eye problem (glaucoma, iritis, arteritis, etc) so I'd suggest you get to an eye doctor or optometrist pronto, especially if your vision is affected. Those "sniffles" are most likely from your watery eyes. Don't take any chances and have a friend drive you. Avoid bright light/T.V.
