How long ?: Have you had this problem for a long time or this just happened for this first time today? This can be from a viral infection but if present for sometime, rosacea which however is not associated with headaches or painful eyes.

PCP: There are several possible conditions. Based on your use of Beclomethasone, you may have asthma. Allergies are associated with asthma, but your headaches, flushing and eye pain, may be due to other causes. Sometimes migraines may present this way, and I would advise seeing your PCP for a neurologic assessment including a vision check.
