Not necessarily: you need to have risk factors for the placental ubruption, as high blood pressure, abnormally situated placenta, etc, if the baby is kicking well , no pain, no vaginal bleeding, you should be fine, in addition to avoiding over-exertion and having enough rest as you can afford, call your doctor for an exam / ultrasound for reassurance
