My discharge is yellow and itchy. i usually get a lot of it and it dries crusty in my underwear. ive also noticed that sometimes when i wipe the side of my vagina with toilet paper, it leaves a brown spot on the toilet paper?

Any discharge that is present more than a couple of days or when associated with other symptoms should be evaluated by a medical professional, preferably your PCP or an OB/GYN. Please make appointment to see someone in person (not virtual visit), in case cultures need to be obtained.
