Need to be checked: You have had lower back pain for months you are only 22, i presume there is no history of injury, and you say you notice it is getting bruised.I will recommend you consult your doctor and get it checked to find thecause of pain for months. May be related to the work you do or exercises you might be doing or the way you are sleeping or from pelvis .You need a thorough history&exam & may be imaging.
